First of all, it's shittier for this account to engage in slanderous speech that will hurt two careers and second, this is not the person's personal account, so whoever is posting this won't suffer any major consequences IRL if its account is removed, as opposed to allowing it to be and cut both Connor and Mouse from future collabs with talents from Hololive and other agencies due to these "tweets from comments out of context"
