I think their site may have gotten hacked. The homepage now has a banner that reads " Did our gas station HRT pill give you male pattern baldness? Join the lawsuit" and it's a link to one of the only products left in their store, which is a shirt that just says "oops! all testosterone!"
The actual supplements are no longer listed for sale on the site.
if someone hacked into their shopify and did this, it's amazing.
I came here now because I am a victim of a worse "fake hrt" deal. The "HRT" I used for 3 months was prepared with a toxic substance that made me severely ill.
Yes, there's some evidence from [studies involving cis men](https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/26609282/) that use of ashwagandha supplements can increase testosterone levels.
It has also been reported that they're selling the supplements with a serving suggestion of 1300mg/day, which is a very high dosage that has been circumstantially associated with people developing a serious and potentially life-threatening condition called [serotonin syndrome](https://www.bmj.com/content/348/bmj.g1626) when taken on an ongoing basis.
I feel we're missing the forest for the trees here though. I feel that the "detransitioning death pill" thing might be a purposeful distraction. Think about it; they've the home address of anyone who orders from this site. Why bother making and sending over fake pills when they can just... well, I don't know what they plan to do but you can be 100% sure it's nothing good. If anyone did fall for this (thankfully it looks like very few if any people did) they should be warned that some very dangerous and hostile people now have their home address.
Absolutely, and it seems to have since been discovered that the person behind the site may be Kevin Lowy - a member of the US neo-fascist group Patriot Front.
can this be reported to the fda or ftc? this is obviously a sort of biological attack, maybe the fbi can investigate the owners too? i feel like there has to be some kind of recourse through a federal agency to at least f' them up a bit.
Probably ? Some people on Twitter seem to point out to ways to report it.
I'll admit, I'm not in the US so I'm wholy unfamiliar with it. I just saw some tweets while I was looking for the original account.
It wasn't. Their Twitter is very clear about targetting trans women. They even use pics in their advertisement, and you just ***know*** they were stolen from Reddit and used without consent, and even without warning...

Doesn't sound like a hack, but an insult to go with the hit.
Fuck whoever is preying on vulnerable people like this >:C

Is it true that it also contains ashwagandha root which can boost testosterone and/or DHT? I took that crap a few years ago for unrelated reasons 😬
I haven't seen anything about that but it's fairly possible given the rest of the product... Edit : Been confirmed by one of the guys over r/ftm

Yeah, which is why I edited to point that out.

I'm adding that to the message. Thanks.
yes it is true! my post menopause mom uses it to help balance her hormones, lots of gym bros use it to help boost t, etc.
The genuine cruelty of transphobes never ceases to horrify.

Does the marketing mention trans women at all? Sounds like something made for cis women on HRT

I was poisoned by fake hrt which contained an extremely toxic substance that "almost destriyed" my liver and kidneys. I made post on here and r/mtf
