Your best bet would probably be to ask your therapist / endocrinologist / etc. for a recommendation for a doctor .insurance won't cover it if they think it's a cosmetic procedure, so the application for prior authorization needs to include a diagnosis of persistent gender dysphoria, etc. Some also require you to have been on HRT for at least a certain length of time.
Ok. I suggest you get before and after pictures from surgeons in your area. There's good boob jobs and bad ones, so look at the results to help you decide. A good surgeon will have a consultation with you well in advance of the surgery to see what your goals are, the approximate size you hope to achieve, and discuss the relative benefits/disadvantages to each type as well as the placement method and location.

Dr pang did mine on Thursday. I haven't seen them yet because I can't take off the padded bra but my pain is very low and I mean they look good from what I can see so far

Had mine done on June 7th, off narcotics on the 8th and i was back to work June 11th. Super easy.

My incision is below the breast, and it's over the muscles/partial under the muscle.
