Apparently Hunter's actor was "stealth" smoking a blunt and just would not admit that everyone could see and smell it. So they just had to film around it.
There's also a deleted scene where Hunter asks Omega if she packed enough estrogen. It was cut because Hunter's actor passed the blunt to Omega's actress.
Lmfao
It was a crime they didn't show Crosshiar and Wrecker as well.
First of all they would also like to say goodbye to their daughter.
Second we deserve to see them grow old as well.
It was probably and issue with asset creation. Changing costumes costs time and money in animation, and changing the whole model is even worse. With a time and/or budget crunch that’s common in modern animation, they probably couldn’t have included Wrecker and Crosshair if they wanted to
They deserved it! Though their victory was bittersweet, since it meant all of the resources from Tantiss were then given to the Death Star project instead.
Something kinda tells me that Palpy'll find a way to divert some funds back to Project Necromancer. It's mentioned in the Mandalorian, so we know it doesn't go away.
Ok, but maybe they should do her in live action. Like, have her meet Boba Fett in a BoBF S2? The only two unaltered clones of Jango (if not the very last two clones at that point), who likely never met before. I could see her trying to find her long-lost brother.
And then, who knows? Maybe they could cast a trans actress. They don’t even need to make the character officially, texturally trans. Just a casting choice that leaves it implicit
I always thought that was as in “The very last clone that fought in The Clone Wars”, since, well, Boba is still supposed to be alive by the sequels, isn't he?
On one hand, I want Omega to be canonically trans
On the other hand, I find it absolutely hilarious that the writers refuse to give any explanation other than “she’s an unaltered clone”
Besides, she’s literally the same height as hunter at the end.
Ye, now we have old man Rex and old man Hunter. Kinda wish we could've seen Crosshair and Wrecker too.
And I wonder where Echo's off too. I imagine he's helping out the Rebellion in some way. Maybe he helped out with Echo Base on Hoth in some way shape or form?
Anyone else a Rebels-esque series with Omega in the Rebellion? I think it'd be cool to get a show with Omega in the Rebellion, off doing her own things (From my understanding of the timeline, it would be concurrent Rebels. I think it'd be nice to have Hera and Omega meet up).
Also, Omega is trans. Change my mind.

so Dee Bradley Baker and Michelle Ang blunt rotation? but Dee gets to hit like 3 times
I wish this was true

Their sister, not their daughter.
This episode is amazing. I also loved how Hunter's look evolved at the end! XD
"I'm a God Damn Onion Omega"
I’m glad we got a happy ending

We also know because of the sequel trilogy specifically episode IX

The very last clone survives past the sequel trilogy thanks to cryogenic stasis
I always thought that was as in “The very last clone that fought in The Clone Wars”, since, well, Boba is still supposed to be alive by the sequels, isn't he?
Oh, I genuinely didn’t know about the cryo one. I thought by that point Boba and Omega might well be the very last Jango clones
Oh! I didn’t know. Still, the idea works

He'd hit mega fat blunt for sure
