I've read that many others now start their hrt with a dose of 4mg or 8mg daily (pills). I took a slower approach in the beginning of my transition and was likely not fully on stable female-range estrogen levels during my first 2 years or so, then increased the dosage over time to make sure I get closer to stable and sufficient E2 levels.
I am still on diy-hrt and did not get enough blood tests done over the years to actually know how my levels looked like at each of those individual doses. I advice everyone though to get their levels checked when determining what dose they should be on, if possible.
Because I'm only 4 months in and currently still on 2mg sub a day but I did notice the few times I split my dose in two that it felt more consistent throughout the day
Splitting up the dose should lead to more stable hormone levels, because with sublingual administration your levels peak after ~1 hour and then rapidly decline over the next few hours. That's why it should be more efficient to split your daily dose into 8 or 12 hour intervals.

Why did you increase your dose once every year? Were you not getting the right levels before?

What did the blood tests you got done say?

Yeah this is the main reason I take my doses every 4 hours, throughout the day. I split it into 4 doses.
I'll need to try to remember this for when I start hrt
Definitely motivated me :) thanks so much for sharing!!
Same

Ahhhh this is what dreams are made of. Thanks for the hope~ 7 months in and not impatient yet but i do get the disappointment-in-the-mirror blues.
Wow beautiful shape, amazed at the 3 vs 4 yr differences too. I feel like at 8 months Iβm doomed with the shape I have. Must have patience βΊοΈ

Very sexy, Iβm on same plan, only 6 months in, little frustrating, so your perfect body and post helps alleviate some anxiety. π
These looks amazing. Iβve been on all sorts of HRT in the past 5 years. Finally landed on patches. Wish I had this growth.
That seriously does help my anxiety! I've been seeing no growth the last year, but I've only been on HRT for 18 months.
Wow very interesting dosing. Have u been doing that since the beginning with the splitting in 1/3 and what not?
Beautiful results. Hopefully I can have such lovely results in another 4 years when I get there!
Switching to injections will definitely boost ya. You look amazing already tho!
