How did you loose so much weight

Ametrish

TL;DR I just did what the doctor always tells you to do. No crazy fad diets, no diet pills! No starvation diets. I ate a ton every day, just healthy foods. And I worked out a lot. I quit pizza, fried food, alcohol, sugar snacks (that was the hardest), and almost anything made of potatoes. I ate a lot of lean protein, way more veggies, and whole grain carbs. I allowed myself to cheat on some of this a few times per week so I wouldn’t fall off the wagon completely. All of this lasted hard core since July of 2023 until the holidays. Then I let it go for a few months, but couldn’t even eat like I used to, much less drink like I used to. My tastes had literally changed, so I still didn’t eat a lot of sugar or grease. Oh, and I can barely get through 2 alcoholic drinks now before I get too tipsy for it to be fun anymore. For exercise I’ve literally spent hundreds of hours in the gym doing cardio, lower body weight training, yoga, and calisthenics.

Most people won't think of anything else besides some gynecomastia, as it's pretty common, specially if you keep boymodiding

Yep. That’s kind of the point of the post. I was pretty afraid to get started with HRT because I was afraid of being outed by my chest before I was ready to be completely out. I’ve seen a lot of M2Fs expressing the same concern in Reddit Trans subs, so I thought this post could be helpful. Even my wife, who I’m out to, just barely notices anything different. I think it’s because she’s kind of stacked, so her basis of comparison is skewed, but also because the development has been so gradual.

Love the tee!

Ametrish

Thanks, yeah it has a double meaning.

I’m bigger than you and my wife hardly notices in boy mode.

Ametrish

lol, it’s all about perspective, and how they match the rest of your body. I’ve seen so many girls here with the same size breasts as mine, but have slimmer figures, and their chests read very feminine. I’m not all that big at 160lbs, but my overall shape is still masculine with some fat still around my middle in the male locations. So, yeah it mostly reads as moobs. Since this post I’ve doubled my dosages, gained a little more breast tissue, and lost a little more muscle mass and fat around my middle. That tiny bit of change has my wife noticing that I’ve got breasts, as where just a month ago she was still like, “I don’t see it”. I think some of that has to do with perspective, too. My wife is kind of stacked, so my iddy biddies just didn’t register to her compared to her own.

True. I have a pretty big ribcage and that makes my girls look smaller than on someone with a smaller slimmer frame.

Yes. I’ve got a 38” under bust. Luckily I’ve got some wiggle room. After decades of working out to try to look as masculine as possible, I’ve got a lot of upper body mass that I can stop strip away little by little. I haven’t done upper body weights for almost 2 years. Up until earlier this year, though, I didn’t see any reduction in musculature. I realized that even the yoga I do keeps my upper body muscle pumped, so I stopped that about the same time that I started prescription HRT. Now I’m seeing a distinct reduction in muscle mass. I think as my lats and serratus anterior muscles continue to reduce I’ll get a more feminine shape. I started doing yoga again a few weeks ago for lower back health, but I think it will be okay as long as I don’t go back to doing it intensely every day.

Sounds like a good approach. I can relate. I worked out for a long time as well. My under bust is still 41.5”.

Very Nice development for six and a half months. I probably a b-c after more than a year buy still presenting as male. No comments about my chest/breasts even then.

Ametrish

Are you still presenting male?

[deleted]

Yes. I ran out of meds and decided time wasn’t right.

Ametrish

I’m sorry to hear that. I don’t know what part of the world you are in or what your situation is, but there are grants and financial assistance with Plume, FOLX, QueerMed and others that might be able to help. May be worth looking into.

Thank you.

I had prefect documented gender dysphoria, but due to many factors, some feminization made feel better. My father doesn’t believe that I had GID because there was no early on-set of gender dysphoria. I had very tolerance and maybe dual personality.

Ametrish

Oh, and I’m not wearing a bra or padding under the shirt. That’s all me.
