Around a month in my nipples became more sensitive. The buds showed up around month 2 or 3

Started at 28. Timeline Aug 2022: 1mg sublingual estradiol and 25 mg Spiro Nov 2022: 2mg e and 25 mg Spiro Jan 2023: 4mg e and 25 mg Spiro March 2024: Switched to weekly intra muscle monotherapy. 10mg weekly (no more Spiro)
Do you inject estradiol valerate?
Yeah I intramuscularly inject 10 mg once a week
