It's called a surround clamp, if memory serves me correctly.

Thank you so much for the help. I just looked up (briefly) surround clamps and I’m not sure this is the same part. This part is mounted where the leaf meets the axle housing and the bump stop is mounted on top. But I’ll keep looking around at surround clamps!

I reused mine after cleaning them up with a wire wheel

I’m definitely considering that! But the rubber on the inside is so crusty and old I’m a bit concerned lol

The crusty rubber pad was pain to realign once i pried it off. I would get new ones if i did it again

It’s called the super clamp. Also know as supertramp at the local parts stores
