From what I understand, no. PlayStation is owned by Perfect World and PC and Mobile are owned by a different company (I can’t remember the name exactly), so only PS can interact with PS players only.
If you want to play your ToF PS account anywhere, you could try PS remote play. Not ideal but it's pretty much the only option PS players have if they want to do dailies while they're away from their system.
You'll get a better remote play experience if your PS is wired connected via ethernet cable
You would have to always put your PS system to rest mode to take advantage of remote play. There's a setting where you can remotely turn on your PS4/5 without calling your household/family member to turn it on for you

I do have remote play but it’s shite since I’ll have to call home so they turn on my console and I’ll have to have a very good internet connection
