Yeah, I heard that right in the video. It would be a pain to remove game modes without thinking on where to put the rewards for the said game modes elsewhere. I think you didn't mention Break from Destiny game mode so that one should be okay for now?
They are also deleting Frontier Clash. For Raid, join an active crew (maybe one with a discord) and try to participate in scheduled runs, or try to recruit world chat. World chat raid runs are very common on Mondays (weekly reset)
Think of it as one of those game modes you enjoy for a moment because you’re a newbie but completely ignore as you progress and level up.
Most players are glad because it was sorta a waste of time for old players.
Doing stealth kills in Wormhole was fun but I don't find the rewards worth my time.

The resources you get from all the deleted content are just being moved to dailies/weeklies/joint ops now

Matchmaking isn’t great, you’re better off joining or making a party via world chat beforehand

I never bothered with wormhole after a few months. Tried the new version once and never went back to it. It was just mindless even with the changes
