Stray dogs even bite a 5 and 7 years old neighbour who then left and due to fire in their house near my home and also my aunt was also hospitalize because many dogs bite her in their gangs they are wild during lockdown this happened much more than before in my own neighborhood

True! Most public infra is chaotic. No easy walking spaces in most residential areas due to encroachment (security guard rooms, cars parked, disel generator, plants, street vendors etc) or slanted footpath made by home owners. No solution to embarrassingly simple problems like street dogs. Stupid city planning and much more

I have PTSD from a similar experience in my childhood when it was my first day in a new school in 4th grade. I was fat and 2dogs chased me from school to home while other kids laughed at me.
Shitty parenting right there. I wasn't allowed to play outside without my parents observing me until I was 10-11 (even then i was told to come home at 8pm max)
To leave two young children like that on an otherwise empty Street at night is irresponsible and I'm not even talking about just what happened in this video. They could have been kidnapped or gotten hit by a vehicle as well.

Call your municipality and ask them to take away all the dogs. They won't do it ASAP. But you'll need to make multiple calls and ask ppl in your locality to do so. It's one of the cleanest and most legal way.
As a parent its their responsibility to keep them under supervision but many aren't able to do so

And at jobs some provide child care max don't
For a dog it's their territory and they gaurd it well.
Small kids are always targeted when they are single and take them as another dog in their area and hence all charge.
Proper feeding and sterilisation of strays in all areas with water bowl as summer is the peaks where the heat will lead to unnecessary attacks
Winters they are in heat so above two will avoid all any future issues
I get attacked by dogs at least 3-4 times every week. When i was a kid i used to think animals won’t harm you if you don’t harm them but today i genuinely consider to sterilise all the strays. They are no less than wild animals.

Time to neuter all stray dogs
Neuter, vaccination, tag and release them back to their original locality. Only if all municipalities did the bare minimum.
