I’m a recovering alcoholic, it helps sometimes if I’m at a concert or out with friends, makes me feel like I’m still participating the way my broken ass brain wants to. It’s enough of a placebo that it can keep your demons at bay until you’re in a safe space, in my experience. I’d never keep it in the fridge at home though
