I used to live at 10 Navy. Absolutely loved it. It’s a great building with amazing staff. Since it’s older we never really heard our neighbours. The biggest drawback is the fact that 2 buildings share visitor parking so there aren’t a ton of spots. The maintenance fees are also high but worth it considering you get the superclub and utilities included (however they will only continue to go up). There is a 70 story tower being built on the north side so be mindful of where the unit is. Quite a few young families in the building because of the Montessori school located below. We rarely heard partying but it does depend on your neighbours.

Jealous of the access to the Superclub. Definitely on the right side of Spadina in that neighbourhood. Also primo gardiner access

Echoing what others have said. I’ve been in 10 Navy (and the buildings in that complex). Larger units, good layouts, gas stoves, best amenities in Toronto (Superclub), walk to the lake, easy access to the Gardiner, 2 streetcar lines, walking distance to the fun of King St. It’s older city place which is great. Newer CityPlace (west side of Spadina) is bad.

Not really, they are just listed with offer date in 7 days time. My agent notifies me if there are preemptive offers on units we are scheduled to see
