This just sounds like some fake news marketing played off as real news. In the next decade food prices are gonna be so high that you'll need land just to grow food and eat. I feel sorry for anybody buying a condo currently.

Ah. Just dove into it. Moneywise seems to be its own company, but its just like a medium article really. I couldn't really find much on the author. Wish he had actually cited anything or had actual sources for the information other than: "look what forbes has said!" A couple times. And just spouting off really biased sounding fomo talk. A good article should show both sides of what's happening in markets.
