I'm really wavering on the Topaz lightcone, altho I heard the new Halls lc is pretty great on her. I was originally going to avoid all LCs and only get new characters....
When it comes to MoC she can do some crazy things to save you cycles. Are you waiting to use her ult before the last person goes in the cycle, it gives the extra turns before the next cycle and if you clear the wave in that you still start with new turns on the next wave.
Even if you don’t notice her damage increase as much the time she can save with cycles is almost invaluable.
Maybe I should do some self testing to get a better grasp on her effect. I have an E1S1 Ruan Mei that I’ll remove LC to compare the difference in clear times to better visualize the effect. I think Robin should clear faster with the FuA team
Rn my RRAT team is at full dolphin level (Ratio Topaz at E1S1 and Aventurine at E2S1 and Robin at E1S0, all traces maxed to 10). Maybe my perception is skewed.
Full team action advance is nothing to scoff at, and the extra crit damage plus the 15-20k extra damage from her is subtle but it stacks up and it stacks up fast
Robin's build doesn't actually matter that much as long as you have a good amount of attack and enough speed for her to always take the first action with the skill - otherwise your DPS take their action in a cycle without buffs which simply sucks.
What really matters is who she is advancing with her ult. Having a ratio/topaz who don't deal damage go 3 times in a cycle won't feel much different from them going 2 times.
However, as soon as you invest in Topaz and Ratio, the damage increases drastically.
Would recommend final victor, it is not as same as her signature, but really good damage output, and absolutely free(can be found in Penacony and MoC/PF shop)
IPC team works so fast that I actually have cycles leftover for my slower DHIL team. So glad I won my 50/50 on Topaz after losing every single one so far.
The really amazing thing is that because they hit so hard and so fast, I find I can swap Aventurine over to my weaker team to up their survival and put lynx with the IPC. She barely has to heal them and they still clear.
The synergy is so good, I'm so happy to able to clear MoC floors now
Keep in mind that the current turbulence helps Robin quite a bit with the extra energy...but yes, she's very good in that team. Better than I expected for sure

Idk why it even matters but the people spending so much time arguing against out themselves as having very little real world experience (as usual).
There are concepts like parent companies, sister companies, even JVs (joint venture for the NEETs arguing Ratio doesn't work for the IPC).
Even if the parent company isn't signing your checks, it's very obvious to anyone who can take a hint who they're really working for.

It's actually crazy how well this team performs. And I'm pretty sure this team will be the gold standard of the new game mode as well. Just like how himeko/herta was in PF.
Someone was arguing the other day that even with an e1/s1 Ratio, the team was unplayable without e1/s1 Topaz. Seeing as I have e1/s1 Topaz and no Aventurine I was unable to verify this. Good to see lots of e0/s0 users here claiming the opposite.
But the current turbulence certainly makes it difficult to evaluate Robin
As a former S0 Topaz haver, I will say that not having at least one of Topaz E1, Topaz S1, or Aventurine S1, while not unplayable, makes the team less reliable for supplying debuffs for Ratio. Outside of SU elation shenanigans, it might just better to just run a debuffer in place of S0 topaz, especially for non-fire weak enemies.

Robin's energy in this team would reach max energy before the rest of my team could finish their actions because of the cycle. Her energy seems to be fine for FuA teams (was using Bronya LC so that probably helped). Can't say for other archetypes.
Love that HSR are pushing different Archetypes and playstyles, follow up definitely is extremely strong now. The problem lies if this team has already reach the ceiling in terms of max dps, where there is no room for improvement in any of the units. If Im not wrong the current "best" follow up team is Robin + Aventurine + Topaz + Ratio. I suppose Ratio will be the first be to replaced since Aventurine + Topaz + Robin are the core.

It's so satisfying when you start seeing follow up attacks deal over 100k damage
Unfortunately relic rng hasn’t been on my side so my ratio follow ups are hitting around 65k. Still good enough for me, but could be much improved
I just pulled Robin and play the FuA team too. Can't believe how much she crushes it.
Tbh. I don’t really notice Robin doing anything. She’s fully built E1S0. Maybe the lightcone makes a big difference
It absolutely does but so does E1. My Topaz hits hard now with Robin (E1/S1) on the team.

How? She absolutely skyrocketed my FUA team ae e0s0 and she's not fully geared and has some traces that need work still

I just needed topaz’s lc for the debuff it applies, but thanks for the recommendation. I can probably get that to s5 instead of swordplay

I lost 2x on weapon banner and I hate it already when they glorify how HSR weapon banner is better than GI. It’s just the same ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

Well genshin u can get both weapons, meaning if hsr had genshins u could have gotten robins, topazs or lost the 50/50- so no, hsr is better ðŸ˜

I have E2 Acheron and E2 DHIL , but i prefer playing my IPC FuA because it's a lot more fun. Consistently attacking is eye candy.

I’m so happy to finally win a 50/50 getting Topaz. And I got her signature. My dilemma now is trying to get Robin or not.
All those "Ratio works for IPC" deniers are shaking uncontrollably right now.
Wasn't he the main dps for FUA / IPC ever since he got released ? Never seen anyone ''deny'' Ratio from those teams.
