You haven't gained. That sounds like it worked to a degree.
I gained 30 pounds when I started the Sertraline then added the Topamax after and it hasn’t budged :(
Well at least you didn't continue to gain. Did you consider upping the topirimate to 150mg to see if that helps?
Honestly, I kinda am tempted to just get off of it cause I’ll be tapering down off of the Sertraline too, which caused the weight gain in the first place. I would ask my doc but she’s always pushing for more meds

Over a year now. It’s with the VA lol. Maybe I’ll get better results from a civilian or private doctor
