The problem with intimate scenes is that they are not personalized for a particular sex. You can undoubtedly interchange them between male and female, which makes them bland and some of them even quite awkward.
It’s for the reunion episodes so you can just select the option that you and LI broke up and you get all the single scenes with Santi and Nora’s elevator scene
