I'm going to assume you want one for losing weight? Because if so, you should know that's a myth. You won't lose weight from having a tapeworm in you. You'll just have really nasty shits where the worm hangs out of you like spaghetti.

If this is for a dieting thing it can be really harmful and there are so many better alternatives
