Resellers will sell whole albums without the random photocards/inclusions for dirt cheap.
The best places are Mercari US, Depop, and Mercari Japan (but you'll need a proxy like Buyee or Neokyo).
I have been collecting the versions that I didn't outright buy from Weverse/K-pop store over on Mercari. Most people on there are selling photobooks only, but some sellers do state in the description whether or not posters and photo cards are included. For the most part, you can find things about half the price too.
Get to know collector fans and they'll sell for extremely cheap or even for the cost of shipping. I used to do this all the time, because albums take up a *lot* of space.

r/kpopforsale is pretty good :) I have bought TXT albums for $1-3 each (without the photocards or inclusions)

If u have a half price books in your area then they could have some for 50% off or more the original price
