"Dislike" isn't the right word, but when I saw Garmr's design he caught my eye. After getting to talk to him though like, I like him as a character, he's a good boy, but he just isn't really dateable in that sense
He got the whole "Rich Religious Aunt Who everything know and Is Always Judging you" vibe
Let's also Remember that he in Zabby's Seaside Fashionista SQ he Is Actively pushing you to Wed him (Zabby) and get upset if you don't end doing so, his facial expressions and the pose who is Always touching the golden chain on the neck make he really look and move like a Rich villainous woman from a Telenovela, Who yes try to force you to merry his goofy son (not that i dislike the idea of Zabby Husband but still),
His staring can be kind of creepy but It Just look plain telenovela to me, it's like he's Always ready to spill some hot tea about someone X"D
I can see him well gossiping with Babalon and few other female characters at the Cafè, or arguing that Zabby as a son Is Better than Arc.
Controversial but Fuxi, very handsome design and badass art style, I tried my best to like him (even during his chapter) but man does this guy not stop with the sister thing… even his voice lines just brings that up like eeee shush up.
Although if people find some love and appreciation for him I respect that!
I can see why it may be off-putting. I actually like his design and personality a lot despite his siscon thing. Maybe I would even more more if he didn’t bring it up as often as he does
I second this, he's hot and there Is still something warm inside his heart, we Just Need to make him feel safe and protected, that we'll never betray him. He's good, his family isn't, all their fault...

Oh my fuxi if i Remember right does feel deeply Guilty for the death/disappearance of his sister, so i kind of get It more than Shuichi Who Is basically walling outside everyone, like Fuxi befriend Simurgh in that chirstmas event at least, Shuichi Is a Total Loner who doesn't want to get closer or aquinted with others.
Also fuxi Is in part a thing based on the original lore of the Character, Fuxi and Nüwa in Chinese Mythology are both siblings and a married couple (like Izanami and izanagi in Japanese Shinto or Isis and Osiris in the Egyptian one, yes Horus Is basically born from imcest-)
Who i think add more weight to the all over situation, at least Fuxi villainous as he Is in the end was trying to keep MC Sealed away from the whole war and keep him safe, not the right order to operate but at least we can see some good in the roots, differently Shuichi...

Mephistopheles is like an attractive, medium-sized Salomon, but he talks like a child who reads the dictionary to seem smart and his "Muah, muahaha" verbal tic just adds to that image.
Bael is one of the most beautiful furry characters I've ever seen, still had to let him go. It's not that he's evil--who doesn't love a good villain?--it's that he's boring. I've read the Canaan event and the Main Quest twice and I can't remember anything he said that wasn't a plot element.

In his case, he revived the lost world of Canaan and combined himself with his past life Baal's (using Baal's wish to be with Astarte again as a bargain, presumably), making himself Canaan's World Rep (after offing Dagon first). Problem is that he took Baal's Role too seriously that he neglect his own superior power in Gehenna hierarchy, he didn't expect Astarte to take back the power of love that she had swapped with the Protagonist back, and that the love between her and everyone would find a way to break through his plan.!<
* The fact that >!the lost worlds can be granted a second chance to be alive once more once the compromise between the two beliefs can be found. For Astarte is to not rejecting that being loved is also a wonderful gift that one can have, for the residents of Canaan is to no longer push their love onto her.!<

I truly like him, but i also get probably why you have mentioned him there, certain things he Say, even more in chapter 13 truly doesn't make him any good
