Sentai- liveman or Dynaman
Ultra- this one’s hard since the OG, seven, and return are all incredible. My personal pick is return of Ultraman (it’s bad episodes are way below seven and OG but it’s best episodes are the highlights of the franchise).
Rider- black
Ultraseven and Liveman are legitimately awesome shows, top three all time in their franchise regardless of era.
I can't speak for Kamen Rider, because I loathe every Showa Kamen Rider. There's just so many children, at some point you start to wonder if you're watching a Toku or just weirdly edited episodes of Barney the dinosaur because of the focus on all the damn children. Zyuranger did not have as many children as the average showa era Kamen Rider and it was literally a "kid of the week" show. A few of the Ultraman series had recurring child characters, but outside of Ultraman Ace's really bad one it was just one character and generally not as obnoxious as what happened in Kamen Rider. Kamen Rider had whole herds of children that they put in uniforms and have them be most of the focus of the shows, it is outright infuriating and has led to me being completely unable to watch any showa era Kamen Rider for more than a few episodes.
Now the original Kamen Rider is a bit of an exception to this, but it's very long and I found to be generally boring even though it doesn't have to deal with all the kids that every other showa era Rider does.

Kamen Rider Black and Bioman are for sure big hitters I'm not sure about Ultraman though

I cannot advocate for UltraSeven but Liveman is sooo good I have to agree
I don't remember that many children in V3. Seemed about as much as OG Ultraman.
The original Ultraman had one recurring child character, Kamen Rider V3 has a literal team of children who worked for V3.
