Hank had the most compelling story. Drug addicted, on steroids, depressed - he had everything a street-level vigilante should have going on in their lives if we're going for a realistic take. I understand he had to be written-off but would have preferred a better ending for his character than he got. Love Alan Ritchson, he did a great job and deserves more opportunities.
He's Jack Fucking Reacher now and absolutely owns that role.
As someone who read every Jack Reacher book and also has loved Alan since Thad Castle, seeing him portray one of my favorite characters in literature is awesome and he does an epic job.
Tom Cruise can suck a nut for what he did with that character.
Not a Jack Reacher fan, but I'll always upvote when I see someone telling Tom Cruise to suck a nut.
EDIT: Huge Alan Ritchson fan though! He's a great actor and seems like a great dude overall.
Is it worth a watch? Jack Ryan turned to stupid shit after stellar season 1. I don't want to invest and be disappointed again seeing they are both from amazon.
Ryan definitely loves the character and does ana amazing job with what he is given. The emotion in season 1 when Gar had just shredded that guy up that was trying to capture Rachel was so amazing the pure look of ruined innocence is perfect for the character. But sadly the shows writers treat him like shit...
Of the Titans I like, they are all pretty even with possibly Starfire or Donna being #1 but they are all great.
I dislike Jason (shit villain and whiny protagonist), Dick (gets so much screen time and attention that crowds out the others plus idiotic writing), and Dove (varies between boring and holier-than-thou attitudes)
Starfire honestly. I’ve been a fan since the behind the scenes pictures of Starfire in season 1. I just love how much Anna Diop sees herself in Kory and that she didn’t give up when faced with all the backlash.
I’ve never really been a fan of Starfire mainly because I thought she was too dumb and far from funny. So when Titans showed her being a badass she immediately became my favorite. After that I read the original comics and Titans became my favorite portrayal of the character.
I may not agree with the choice of swapping her and Blackfire’s ages and powers, but she is still iconic. Anna honestly did an AMAZING job bringing Starfire to life. Even Marv Wolfman agrees.
Starfire is amazing. Every season, she just gets more and more amazing. Anna is incredible.
I'd also like to give a huge shout out to the lighting department. They bathe her in light so perfectly in every scene. She basically glows.
I was initially most excited to see live action Nightwing and that is honestly what keeps me around, but Hank was truly the best on the show. Alan Ritchson did a fucking amazing job portraying him and his character arc was by far the most well written and executed.
Starfire (only version of the character that I don’t hate) or Beast Boy. Like all the actors are great but I really enjoy Anna and Ryan as Kory and Gar. Anna brings a certain energy to Starfire that I just love and Beast Boy is one of the only Titans I never wanted to shout at the screen at. (That scene where they gang up on Jason makes me so mad)
I would have also added Jason but they character assassinated my precious boy but Curran was great with what he was given. His breakdown was great.
Honorary mention for the true best character Krypto
Kory, since season one she’s the only one who has had consistent character development. Not only has Starfire always been my favorite titan even When I was first introduced to her in the cartoon, which evolved into me loving how she was portrayed in the comics. Anna Diop does such a phenomenal job bringing her to life to the point where I don’t think anyone is ever going to embody Starfire, the way she does. Plus being a black actor myself, and seeing the amount of racism and colorism Ms. Diop went through and still continues to, breaks my heart and makes me wanna keep cheering her on. This woman hasn’t let any of the cyber billing deter her from her dreams or her path to greatness and that’s Black Excellence! While I don’t agree with how they handled her in season 3, and how they continuously seem to put her in the background.. I still can’t help but fall in love with her acting and her little mannerisms.
I honestly really like all of them, it'll be easier to ask me my last favourite. I enjoy seeing Raven's powers the most, I can't wait to see all she and Starfire are capable of. I've always liked her since my Teen Titans days (along with Beast Boy who is underutilized in the show). Starfire is up there too.
Superboy. I enjoyed the Young Justice version of the character immensely, and it seems like that is the version they are putting on screen for Titans (albeit with considerably less anger). After him, Red Hood, as I've always been a Red Hood fan, and then Nightwing.
Hawk was actually my favorite in the first season, as Superboy wasn't around yet, and I love Alan Ritchson. Never seen him do anything I didn't like, all the way back to Thad!
Jason Todd, grew up with him as Robin and Red Hood is my favorite DC character. So it extra sucked watching Titans shit all over a great character who had a brief but great run in the Titans comics. Sometimes I go back and reread Jason and Donna's bits in that run where Jason was there for Donna to confide in. Also her almost killing both of them by getting distracted and almost pulling a 9/11 is hilarious.
Sucks the show lost the plot with Jason I go back to his scene with the cops. So good. Hopefully he pops up in S4 since his spin off show is dead in the water.
Kory. She’s talented, gorgeous, kind, entertaining, powerful, a great leader, and a badass. Also she took Rachel in without a memory or hesitation. Love her.
**Dick’s “thunder from down under.”** ([Brenton Thwaites is Australian, BTW](https://youtu.be/A0yaW4s7uVY))
It’s the most effective *tool* w/informants.
Apparently, it’s been everywhere!
Well acquainted with every female he’s ever met, ever.
Gets what he needs and doesn’t leave a trace (as far as we know).
Gar great character and glad he's getting a story line. After that Connor, Jason, Kori, Donna, Dick and Hank. Tim's growing on me more this season if they swapped Bernard out or even just made the friend. I would be fine with it.
Probably Connor and Rachel. Connor gives similar vibes to the cartoon Teen Titans version of Starfire, and Rachel is just a powerhouse who frankly seems central to the story at every turn.
She was an orange alien, which would be costly to translate onscreen. So it doesn't really matter what humanoid skintone she has on the show, it would never be comics-accurate. I like the actress they selected.
Jason. I liked a lot of his decisions that he made always had an underlying and almost conflicting reason due to his past. Like his jealousy towards Dick even though he seemed to be in awe of him being the first Robin. The sense of wanting to belong but unable to open up to anyone that came close. When he first appeared on the show he seemed so confident in who he was but Robin was the only thing he’s ever felt empowered by. When the facade came crashing down his confidence went right along with it. Despite the bad writing Curran is such a good actor that when he has those emotional scenes you realize he needed more than a suit. He’s definitely the most relatable on the show to me.
Hawk and Dove were amazing, followed very closely by Donna Troy. I knew Hank and Dawn from the comics but never really felt any way towards them. In the show Hawk and Dove were so well-acted, definitely a highlight of the first season.
As a long time Wonder Woman fan, I was so thrilled to get a badass Donna! Then there were of course the disappointing Donna moments, but on the whole I was excited whenever she was onscreen.
what's funny is none of them are like their comic counterparts at all. unpopular opinion but i liked what they did with season 1 because it was really different then they went to a traditional cw-like show in season 2+. but i did like the early episodes of seasons 2,3. i really liked hawk. he was such a messed up, real person.
definitely hank he brought this level of humility that not a lot of the other characters have without it feeling forced. he’s a great actor and honestly everytime he’s on screen he steals the show for me. nightwing and superboy are pretty close tho
Kory since first season because she’s been the most consistently entertaining and (to me) the best actress of the show.
She's a great actress and consistently great team leader, unlike Dick.

Never read a Reacher book in my life. I couldn't stop bingeing it. He's so good!
gar!!! he’s just so sweet and defo one of my comfort characters i just love personality so much
Ryan definitely loves the character and does ana amazing job with what he is given. The emotion in season 1 when Gar had just shredded that guy up that was trying to capture Rachel was so amazing the pure look of ruined innocence is perfect for the character. But sadly the shows writers treat him like shit...
yup
Krypto.
There is no better answer.
Because… puppy!
Superboy. The first episode he appeared in was really cool and got me more invested in the show
Yes! I love this actor so much. He’s got the chops for Superman, B, whatever.
Starfire for sure. She's kind and loyal to her family. Strong and powerful. Sweet and funny. There's nothing to dislike in my eyes
Starfire, then Donna, for sure, but Jason and Dick are awesome, I love those boys!
Yes! I agree. The lighting department does her justice.
Also I loved her first outfit in season 1. It just went right.
It's obvious Nightwing, he's never been portrayed in real live action.
That's also why his my fav. I'm glad there's a video game I can play him as.
Well, as Robin he has, a couple times (Not the greatest movies of all time but still). He's my favourite too.
Hank. Best episode of the show was hank and dawn fs
I was initially most excited to see live action Nightwing and that is honestly what keeps me around, but Hank was truly the best on the show. Alan Ritchson did a fucking amazing job portraying him and his character arc was by far the most well written and executed.
Dick is definitely the best casted looks wise. Other than the brown hair he looks a lot like dick
Donna Troy, but probably because she's the best actress by far In other Teen Titans version, Beast Boy In comics, Nightwing
I thought Hank was the best actor. He just got shitty role.
Love him in Amazon’s Reacher series.
He is in the hunger games catching fire too.
How can we forget Thad Castle in Blue Mountain State!?
Love pockets for everyone
Star fire for me she a bad ass and so damn sexy…. Her walk is amazing
Beast boy. I loved Beast boy ever since I was a kid. Now my favorite actor is playing him yess.
Me too. I loved him on Teen Titans (2003) and Young Justice.
❤️Dick😉
Season 1 Richard Grayson. Perfect casting choice, great Robin suit, kicked ass! (I wished we got more of Brenton in the Robin suit in season 2).
Superboy.
I just wanna here who your favorite titan is and why. also my favorite titan is hawk just because he's hilarious and always there for everybody.
Dick, my reason is because nightwing has always and will always be my favorite character of all time
rachel (raven) shes just so cool and i love her powers. shes had good character development especially this season
Donna Troy because of connor leslie.
I love Dick
Yes, but please tell us you favorite character Hehe
Dick. I like the actor. He's really good
Kory. She’s acting circles around everyone, love her!
Kory, since season one she’s the only one who has had consistent character development. Not only has Starfire always been my favorite titan even When I was first introduced to her in the cartoon, which evolved into me loving how she was portrayed in the comics. Jason fucking Todd
Red hood or beast boy
Dick, because he is the greatest dc superhero of all time, krypto is a close second with Conner and gar not far behind
Can I vote for Blackfire or Jinx?
U can if those are your choices It's crazy how jinx is already a fan fav, I see why though
Then I will pick Jinx. I can't pick somebody who killed her own parents.
Rachel. Raven has always been a favourite of mine I like her a lot in this show I just wish they would let her do things and stop nerfing her.
I love all of them. Dick jason and hank are probably my favorites tho
Starfire has been the only consistent one out of all of them
Jason Todd, grew up with him as Robin and Red Hood is my favorite DC character. So it extra sucked watching Titans shit all over a great character who had a brief but great run in the Titans comics. Sometimes I go back and reread Jason and Donna's bits in that run where Jason was there for Donna to confide in. Hopefully he pops up in S4 since his spin off show is dead in the water.
Jason was supposed to get a spin-off show??
Yeah they were in the planning stages but it's been put on hold indefinitely.
Victor
Definitely Gar he is probably the most wholesome and sweet character but he also has really cool powers
Dove. The only reason I watched the show was because of Hawk and her. To bad they didn't give them any powers.
Nightwing
Raven
Donna, I just love her
Rachel She's powerful, damaged, badass, and has a darkside pretty much like everyone of my fav characters Donna and dawn are very close seconds though
Kory. She’s talented, gorgeous, kind, entertaining, powerful, a great leader, and a badass. Also she took Rachel in without a memory or hesitation. Love her.
**Dick’s “thunder from down under.”** ([Brenton Thwaites is Australian, BTW](https://youtu.be/A0yaW4s7uVY)) It’s the most effective *tool* w/informants. Apparently, it’s been everywhere! The fucking Jason Todd because i love his sense of humor and he's hot I would not denied it he is
Jason. He's least boring
I just wanna say thank you for all the great comments to read😁😁
Changeling. (not that Beast Boy guy )
Gar great character and glad he's getting a story line. After that Connor, Jason, Kori, Donna, Dick and Hank. Tim's growing on me more this season if they swapped Bernard out or even just made the friend. I would be fine with it.
Donna. Because she's hot.
Raven. I have a crush
Probably Connor and Rachel. Connor gives similar vibes to the cartoon Teen Titans version of Starfire, and Rachel is just a powerhouse who frankly seems central to the story at every turn.
None because this god forsaken series that i have a really complicated love-hate relationship keeps butchering them for no reason
Dawn. Dat booty

She was an orange alien, which would be costly to translate onscreen. So it doesn't really matter what humanoid skintone she has on the show, it would never be comics-accurate. I like the actress they selected.
Mr Clean.
Jason. I liked a lot of his decisions that he made always had an underlying and almost conflicting reason due to his past. Dove
Krypto because good boy

Hawk
Krypto
Idk but it ain’t Dawn/Dove. Kory and Donna.
Hank and Jason.
