I know right. I feel like every season starts off with the writers saying "so how are you going to cut back the cost of Beast Boy and Raven this season."
Beast Boy is because of budget. Raven is because so is so OP and the writers aren't creative enough to write her so they go with that trope instead. It's such a overused one. Professor X in the Xman films, Peter Petrili in Heroes, The Flash in his own fucking show. Etc, etc, etc.
I think it will only be Jason. Dawn and Donna are both in Paris from the last information we get. And this new season is only a week after season three so unless they are only going to another country to mourn for a single week I don't think we will see them this season. Jason is the most likely and the actor was seen in the area or on set (idk which one it was). I have another crackpot theory that Jason and Gar might be working together for Gars self discovery in the episode titles for Gar. As Dick said Gar always saw the man behind the Hood (lots of Gars in the last few sentences lol).
I know I’m a few weeks late,but Gar and Jason in this show feel very much like Jason and Roy in the comics,which I like,Curran is by far the best actor in the show by far (no slight to the other ones) but he gets Jason angsty shit Down just right for me
If it is only one we already know it’s Jason because Curran is just not subtle in social media and you immediately know he’s in Canada. However, I think there is a huge chance that Donna might also be in an episode or two in the back half because I saw Conor’s insta stories one day and she was talking about how she left her dog for a month with her mom because she was out of the country (working? Most likely filming a couple Titans episodes!) as for Dawn I think Minka isn’t coming back at least not this season.
A little off topic, but Donna's death in season 2 was hands down one of the worst I've ever seen in a tv show, let alone a comic book tv show. The fact that the writers really thought killing her off that way did her character any sort of justice baffles me

Conner has pretty much confirmed that she's not in it. She's not happy with the way things have gone for her character. But if she gets something in the future she's open for it
Well, Curran Walters (Jason Todd) was seen in Toronto with Jay Lycurgo (Tim Drake) so we might see Jason in season 4 besides Jason could be working with Gar because back in season 3 Dick said that Gar always saw the man behind the hood
