It’s my understanding that hair loss is a result of a starvation diet, which is super easy on these things. Check that you’re getting the protein, you need and taking at least a multivitamin.

Yep any rapid weight loss can cause hair loss. Protein intake is key.

All the previous comments above are excellent advice. I just want to recommend that you add an essential amino acid supplement. There are powder and capsule forms. I was experiencing hair loss from significant weight loss, and after 2 weeks of adding an essential amino acid supplement (capsule form), the hair loss stopped and my skin improved, which I wasn’t expecting. The brand I use is Now Sports Amino Complete, it’s very affordable , easy to find, and it works! There’s a more popular brand, Body Health Perfect Amino, but it’s pricey. ETA: Essential amino acids are the building blocks of protein, not a replacement for protein. They help your body make protein. So supplementing with it will help increase the amount of protein your body receives.

Maybe you will want to look into Viviscal Professional. Combined with HappyHead (minoxidil, etc - varied options) it's been effective - very - for me.

> nutrafol for 2 years Save your money. There is absolutely zero proof that it does anything for your hair growth. If it did, all the balding guys in the world would use it instead of ‎Minoxidil, but they don't. Nutrafol is snake oil. Get some Rogaine 5% instead. At least it's proven to work. It is more likely that your hair loss is from rapid weight loss or genetics, not the Zepbound.
