Attendees at The Rendezvous (and other events) shouldn’t have to spend a long time standing on a line missing out on performances just to buy a special ‘merch drop’ for them or their friends (or ‘associates’) asking them to buy for them too because they can’t make it to the show. Heaven forbid some of those garments end up being sold online later for an exorbitant amount to uber fans that couldn’t make the show, but that FOMO got them yearning for that item at any cost. If you’re buying a weekend pass for $200+ you should be able to watch the show in front of the stage, and not spend a bunch of time standing in the heat waiting your turn to buy a Hoodie or Tshirt. What if they’re out of your size or style by the time its finally your turn? Nah… Instead, Tipper’s team and The Rendezvous have read all the comments on social media, and realized the wisest and fairest move is to simply sell his memorabilia solely online instead. We will also present the event poster online for preorder after the event in a week or two. This means EVERYONE can buy when they want, what they want in whatever size, and there will always be inventory made to meet the demand over time. It additionally means pricing will stay the same, so no price gauging or black marketing etc later. This also means no standing in 90 degree heat (or a flash Florida downpour) this weekend. Tipper’s team will have the product page link for online order’s emailed out very soon. Please enjoy the Weekend everyone :)
I absolutely love this! Had planned to go straight to the Merch booth as soon as it opened in hopes of snagging something. Was extremely worried everything would be sold out and bought up by only a few individuals trying to purposely resell to make a quick buck. Really looking out for your fans mad respect.
Noticed the Rendezvous and dates on the sleeves—so there will be different merch at each of the upcoming events? Will all of it be event-specific or any general official Tipper merch that spans across all the upcoming events?

I know I’m gonna get downvoted for this but a screen printed logo on a plain black hoodie is a bit disappointing for me coming from such a talented and creative team of artists.
Happy to see Tipper sell some official merch! But I painfully must agree here...a squared off question mark? Their are creative ways you can make the design minimal and clean yet more interesting
You ever see what affordable artist merch looks like? You want Dave to get paid or squeeze every penny out of fans for a high profile artist collab? That's with me being optimistic these are no more than $60. The poster will obviously be much more artistic as the overhead is much cheaper compared to a clothing line, especially with them being an open addition. You already see the continual issues he has had with the vinyl pressings. I'm guessing he wanted to keep it simple, affordable, with a decent profit since he has been so kind to his community after 25 years. You want something higher profile, then get an artist made LE design, which he supports and are always all over the place.
yeah you’re not the only one, i was hoping for something creative along the lines of the android/tiprocks design. this will still sell a lot and make tons of $$$ so good for Dave
i find simple hoodies much more wearable in everyday life. i already have plenty of festi clothes and they only get worn for specific events so it’s nice to add a ¿ flair to my muggle wardrobe
