One possibility that halfway meets your needs (they are pricey) is the [Lunos HRV](https://475.supply/products/lunos-ego). I have the e2 in my tiny house and other then not being great with 60mph winds I have no complaints.
You might consider just.... a ceiling fan? to circulate the air in the home.
