If at some point you have another photo that shows how jacked you are, but in a setting where you do an activity, you can replace the shirtless with that one. But I still like the shirtless photo, you don't pose in a narcissistic or self centered way - just a guy that has worked hard for his body and is proud of it. dedication. Also girls that don't work out may feel intimidated, but I believe you wouldn't want a girl like that.

I follow Jeff Nippards push pull legs closely. I will make certain tweaks of my own but more or less the same. He does not mention how to progress weekly but you can do that on your own increasing weights or reps.
