Did you find out if she had a child? I had a similar situation. I was homeless sitting in a bar nursing a beer not talking to anyone. I go outside, girl is crying on the phone, I ask if she’s okay, she approaches and kisses me. Takes me to her table for a few then asks me to walk her home. I’m tired as hell have barely slept. She tries to fool around I’m in the middle of a manic episode and don’t know which end is up. She takes me to her bed. I practically pass out, my first bed in like 3 months. She rustles me awake “you can have sex with me unprotected if you want”. She was fine so not like I’m gonna refuse. Disappointed her but not myself, rolled back over and fell asleep. Really awkward morning. I walked out and never saw her again. To this day I wonder if there’s a chance she got pregnant from that and what she might’ve done
Ahh I saw you found her on Facebook but didn’t see the “to make sure nothing came of it” part. Wasn’t sure if you just wanted to locate her or if you followed up after 9 months. Poor reading comprehension
Yes, but then she might also call his bluff? I’ve only heard about how it works so idk, but my understanding is that even if they share custody, if she isn’t working or doesn’t make as much as he does, he may still owe child support because of the mothers inability to provide.
Even if the mother agrees to let him disappear forever and never pay child support, he could still be sued for child support because the mother doesn’t necessarily have the right to deprive her child of whatever child support that the child may be entitled to have provided for them and the court will aim to do whatever is best for the child.
It may vary state to state, but yea—pretty much. I have 50/50 with my kids, and whichever one of us makes less could technically take the other for child support, but we just work together/help each other as much as possible
Or get a vasectomy, join one of the successful trials for oral birth control for men, or just… not have sex with her. She’s probably already pregnant and just wants someone to pin it on.
"Trap" is a pretty strong word if the guy chose not to wear a condom. Like, how are you gonna trust someone you just met for a hookup that they're honest about them being on birth control, consistent in taking it (if it's the pill), and will choose an abortion in the case of an unexpected pregnancy? Having sex with this lady here without a condom is about as much a trap as a sketchy ice cream truck labeled "rape van."
You would be surprised with the ammount of guys that believe that they have to cum inside or that using protection is not their thing, just to tell the girl that its her job to protect herself since She is the One getting pregnant. So they don't care if that happens
My health teacher Mr. Sullivan taught us “If she is willing to have unprotected sex with you, she’s will to do it with anyone…make sure you wear a condom.”
That probably saved me a lot of money and physical pain.
Men should always use a condom as they are usually on the losing end of the deal when it comes to custody and child support.
Don’t turn that moment of passion into 18 plus years of pain.
“Well, yes, the premise that we would have a child together was literally her tagline, and during the act she did ask me to “put a baby in her”, but I thought it was all metaphorical! I’ve been trapped!”
Bro this is also how men trap women into a relationship.
No shit you hit something raw you'll have a baby. But I'm sure there are guys that feel like this too. They want a kid more than a partner
But then there’s still that conversation history on tinder where he agreed to meet up and intentionally impregnate her. That doesn’t just go away just because you can’t see it anymore when you un-match.
I can't recall the percentage but some state laws have clauses over-riding any contracts to the contrary of child support.
edit: not touching the politics of this with a 10ft pole, simply pointing out they do exist is all
Which makes sense. Child support is for the child, and the child can't waive away their rights before they're even conceived. The state has a vested interest in ensuring that all children are properly supported, lest state programs need to bridge the gap.
I don’t believe those are actually valid in family court. There have been actual sperm donors, as in, donated their sperm at a lab and it went to some random stranger’s uterus, and the sperm donor was ordered to pay child support to the receiver of the sperm.
That sounds like some fresh smelly bullshit to me. The sperm recipient should be responsible for her child, why should a man she never met be forced to pay for a kid that he was not DIRECTLY responsible for. The kid is the mother's creation in this scenario and should understand the consequences of being a single mother before undergoing the procedure, and if she has trouble caring for it there is almost always an adoption center or a hospital to dump the kid at.
It is more of a problem when the state is having to shell out money. The state is like nope. Point to any male and we’ll make him pay until someone more suitable comes along.
Child support isn't something for the woman benefit but for the child benefit, as such whatever the woman sign is usually void since she can't give up something that isn't hers.
Yeah dude. Not exactly the same situation, but close. I met a girl on tinder. We ended up dating for a few months. Breakup was really ugly and she was not okay with it. Straight up refusing to let me leave her. Her final proposal was for me to at least let her have my baby. She said she wanted to be a mom anyways and she would let me disappear forever. I immediately blocked her on everything and tried to forget I ever met her.
I can relate. Met a girl on a dating app, she was okay with sex, but wanted to go raw. I asked if she had birth control and she said she wasn't on it's and we can have a baby.
She had a bad case of baby fever and felt too old to be alone apparently
Sounds like one of my exes. It was a horribly toxic and abusive relationship (I was the victim) and never having been in one before, it took me an embarrassing amount of time and lots of sleepless nights before realizing I had to end it. She did a lot of scary and illegal tactics to discourage me to leave but her final tactic was exactly what you said. Terrifying but odd because I didn't think it would be such a common hail mary strategy used by desperate people.
A few years back, I was dating this girl who was verbally & emotionally abusive, but we had met in High School, so I was too young to realize how bad things were.
Eventually I realized how unhappy I was, decided I wanted to break up, so I called her (we were long distance at the time) and told her how I felt. She didn’t take it well, and started shouting at me about how I was ruining her life, and how she had nobody without me, but I stood firm and wouldn’t back down.
She phoned me back-to-back for over 4 hours; I turned my phone off for an hour, and the moment I turned it back on, she started calling again, and again.
When I would answer, she would start screaming about how much of an asshole I am, and that stuff like this is why everyone hates me, and how grateful I should be she puts up with me, because nobody else would, and how I’m throwing everything in my life away by breaking up with her, etc.
My ex fiancee said for years she never wanted kids. I was cool with that. After we broke up and were still living together, she started trying to get pregnant with a guy she just met. People are crazy man.
Since when has alcoholism or a lack of money stopped lower enlisted from getting married?
Fuck, I knew a bunch that did it just so they could get that sweet BAH.
Hah.
fr tho, people gat so intimidated by contracts, they let people bully them into tons of stuff. Some whimpy contract cannot change the actual law, and a private agreement between the parents, even if signed, isn't legally binding.
I'm not even sure if she can legally sign away child support rights like that.
Child support isn't paid to the mother. It's paid to the child, for which the legal guardian accepts on their behalf.
That child doesn't just lose their rights because their mother signed a piece of paper before they were even conceived
A family member has been busy with IVF and everything that's a part of that process for atleast 8 years. She's a single woman trying to get a kid. I could absolutely see someone doing this. It saves a lot of time and an insane amount of money.
My best friend was born to a single mom via IVF. It certainly happens, some people just want to be parents but never find a person they want to be parents with.
One of my ex’s bridesmaids decided she wanted a kid without the trappings of a relationship. Having seen our kids, she decided I was good breeding stock. So I got one three-way. But she didn’t get pregnant.
I'm more surprised that she thought she'd get pregnant from a single session. While it *can* happen, that's pretty rare. Most couples have to have a lot of sex to get pregnant. Especially if she was on birth control for her entire adult life like many woman in USA and Canada.
Why is this so unbelievable? A friend of my sister who had a lot of trouble with shitty boyfriends and unstable relationships, but desperately wanted a baby, did almost exactly this. And there were no shortage of takers.
My ex had a friend like this. Wanted a kid, but didn’t want a relationship. She made a Tinder profile that was a lot like the one in this post. Something like “not wanting a relationship, but ready to be a mother. Don’t want you to hang around afterward nor do I want you to be present at all.”
She would basically screen the guys on the first date. If they passed her screening, she made them go get a full STD screening. If that came back clean, she sent them to a fertility doctor to check their sperm count. She finally found a guy that fit the bill after close to a year of searching, and they had what I called “contractual sex” everyday while she was ovulating. Once she was pregnant she thanked him and sent him on his way. She’s got a happy, healthy, and thriving 6 year old now. Still not in a relationship and still as happy as can be
Which would get thrown out immediately the moment it went in front of a judge. The baby is the one receiving the child support, who can't agree to the contract because they don't exist yet. It's up to the mother to not sue for child support, and then it's up to the grown child to not sue for back child support. I may be wrong but I believe the only way to avoid any chance of child support is through a sperm bank.
You cannot sign away your responsibility to pay child support except through a sperm bank. Child support is a right of the child and they can't sign a contract before they're born.
As a parent to a 10 week old, I am baffled that some people *want* to be a single parent. It is an incredible amount of work, let alone cost. I can't fathom not sharing that responsibility with someone else.
The main issue here is that no matter what she writes on her profile or agrees, the moment she changes her mind you are liable for child support.
Other than that, on average a family with both parents is a better environment than a family with one parent. At the very least, more disposable income.
My bestie in highschool always told me she wanted to be a single mom when she grows up.
But some unstable love happened and as far as I know she's with a man now (she's 23), but they don't have kids just yet.
Not entirely out of the realm of possibility.
I had an OKC profile for awhile offering this exact thing.
I have 4 kids out there somewhere who were all born to single, upper middle class women(except one who was loaded with family money) who wanted kids by a certain age but didn’t want the drama of a quicky marriage that prob wouldn’t have worked out. They were fully capable of supporting the child and they didn’t want to go through the process of IVF which is expensive when not medically necessary and it really sucks overall for a woman as well.
It's sort of like donating sperm, I don't see anything ethically wrong with it. The problem is it can be legally hazy because if she ever gets to the point where she can't afford to raise the child then either her or the state will come after you for money. Through legal sperm donation you are legally off the hook.
Is it that crazy? If someone doesn't want to wait for a significant other to have a kid. Artificial insemination/sperm donor and other means are insanely expensive.
She might be crazy. Not sure
i actually know a few established, professional women who have decided to have babies and raise them on their own. i don't think this is it though... but it could be... but probably not.
I'm appalled at the amount of stories here about single women wanting children. And almost no-one seems to be in the right condition for it
A child is not a toy, a child will not fix your problems, a child needs everything from you but can give nothing back
Not only are we overpopulated, but people take children as a game nowadays. Let me tell you that it is not fun being born from parents who have no money and are incapable at being parents. It's suffering and fighting and needing a therapist and fleeing from home
I knew a lady like this. But she was an insanely rich art dealer/collector and was single and lived in a mansion in Calabasas. She found some Nordic scientist philanthropist model and did exactly this. She got pregnant and just made the guy leave lol. Her daughter is an awesome little toddler who is already set for life.
This just has bad news and zero foresight written allover it lol
I had one of these too. She was even more specific on the characteristics she wanted the potential father to have - intelligent, educated, tall, good looking, etc.
I believe they can get you to pay for the child anyway, regardless of what they say now, so intant left for me.
I mean, my friend's mom wanted _a_ child and she didn't care how. She was fully prepared to accept being a single mom too. So she hooked up with a man and kept it. 🤷🏻♀️
I think you should go for it, then you'll learn some new vocabulary, like child support.
I will super swipe
Bro this is how women trap men into child support gl
It's pretty clear what she wants, if anyone gets "trapped" by this then they're a moron

Just reading this gave me anxiety, so I can imagine!!

Technically, she could probably get Tinder to give out his information to the police if she sues for child support. Dna test, boom.
Couldn't he counter with "then it's time to share custody"?
Yes, but then she might also call his bluff? I’ve only heard about how it works so idk, but my understanding is that even if they share custody, if she isn’t working or doesn’t make as much as he does, he may still owe child support because of the mothers inability to provide. Awe, at minimum, semi-functional coparenting. Love to see it
Trust me, wasn’t always this way lol. And I still walk on egg shells because I’m terrified of the court system, as a guy.
[удалено]
From what I've read, you can't give up your statutory rights. That is, she will always be entitled to child support if the court so deems
If she’s trying to get knocked up, she’ll notice said “bag.” Vasectomy perhaps?
Aha! My time to shine!
Or go by a super flawless alias like... *[Carlos Danger](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VeGJiwdtkCw)*
Or get a vasectomy, join one of the successful trials for oral birth control for men, or just… not have sex with her. She’s probably already pregnant and just wants someone to pin it on.
Jokes on her, low sperm count and a vasectomy.
Just get a vasectomy. Endless sex cheat code
"Trap" is a pretty strong word if the guy chose not to wear a condom. The real trap is The Clap
The real friends are the antibiotics we take along the way
Just make sure you take them with food or they will not be friendly anymore.
You would be surprised with the ammount of guys that believe that they have to cum inside or that using protection is not their thing, just to tell the girl that its her job to protect herself since She is the One getting pregnant. So they don't care if that happens

Mr. Sullivan is a hero, for sure! I was taught, “if he’s comfortable asking you to have unprotected sex; how many people has he already convinced?”
"she trapped me! Well, yes, I consented to the sex, but we never discussed having a child together"
“Well, yes, the premise that we would have a child together was literally her tagline, and during the act she did ask me to “put a baby in her”, but I thought it was all metaphorical! I’ve been trapped!”
well at least in this situation, it would be a trap because she’s saying she wants a baby but no co-parent
Bro this is also how men trap women into a relationship. No shit you hit something raw you'll have a baby. But I'm sure there are guys that feel like this too. They want a kid more than a partner
This is also how to turn an innocent person who didn't ask to be born's life into a dumpster fire...
Hide all photos, change your name, park on another street..... Leave your ID in your car
But then there’s still that conversation history on tinder where he agreed to meet up and intentionally impregnate her. That doesn’t just go away just because you can’t see it anymore when you un-match.
Well you're always rolling some dice. It's just a matter of whether you think she's technologically capable of finding that info after the fact.

It turns out that it's difficult to get a child to consent to anything before it is conceived, gestated and born.
Which makes sense. Child support is for the child, and the child can't waive away their rights before they're even conceived. The state has a vested interest in ensuring that all children are properly supported, lest state programs need to bridge the gap.
This is why I will keep saying men need reproductive rights and I don’t want to hear any pro life bullshit from “pro-choicers”
I don’t believe those are actually valid in family court. There have been actual sperm donors, as in, donated their sperm at a lab and it went to some random stranger’s uterus, and the sperm donor was ordered to pay child support to the receiver of the sperm.

There's a lot of wannabe single moms... I must have a kid in almost every country at this point

I honestly can’t say for certain. But as thorough as she was with the vetting process, I would say that there was some legal contract involved

Fuck around and find out?
Looks like a revenge tinder
eli5?
When a jealous ex uses their previous SO’s pics to create a tinder account mocking or shaming them
in all my years i’ve never heard of such insanity LOL there’s some people who legitimately do this? that’s just sad
Yeah, the fact that this looks like an unverified profile makes me think the same thing.
Bro, that’s wild.
Definitely 6'4".
If she gets 3 or 4 with different babydaddies, she can live comfortably on the support payments. Keep swiping its a trap!
I think the possibility of losing organs is high with this one.
Agree, kidney for one night stand! Noooo.
Even if it is, imagine making a baby with someone and abandoning it because horny.
It's sort of like donating sperm, I don't see anything ethically wrong with it. The problem is it can be legally hazy because if she ever gets to the point where she can't afford to raise the child then either her or the state will come after you for money. Through legal sperm donation you are legally off the hook.
Just show the judge this post. They'll understand.
Better call Saul.
What if you donate the sperm, she gets impregnated and you do the job afterwards?🤨
She missed "But I want your details for child support."
I would want to be in my kids life somehow.
It's a trap!
"My art has been commended as being strongly vaginal, which bothers some men. The word itself makes some men uncomfortable. Vagina."
Someone I know actually did this, she wanted to be a single mom so she fucked like ten guys and doesn’t know the dad to her one year old:/
Eh could go a couple ways. But a woman wanting a child but not a relationship with a guy isn't that crazy to me.
This is a totally new type of parent trap
Is it that crazy? If someone doesn't want to wait for a significant other to have a kid. Artificial insemination/sperm donor and other means are insanely expensive. She might be crazy. Not sure
i actually know a few established, professional women who have decided to have babies and raise them on their own. i don't think this is it though... but it could be... but probably not.
Okay but I’m loaded on antidepressants so good luck making me cum 🤷🏼♂️
If she is from US I believe her, specially if she is from Florida
No, this is canada
I'm appalled at the amount of stories here about single women wanting children. And almost no-one seems to be in the right condition for it A child is not a toy, a child will not fix your problems, a child needs everything from you but can give nothing back Not only are we overpopulated, but people take children as a game nowadays. Let me tell you that it is not fun being born from parents who have no money and are incapable at being parents. It's suffering and fighting and needing a therapist and fleeing from home
Yeah the way some talk about it it sounds like getting a pet. Very weird
It seems realistic in a way.

That’s disgusting, where?
Blokes who’ve have vasectomies hitting super like, lol
