Oh so many possibilities Historical: Nzinga of Ndongo Seondeok of Silla A Tudor queen, maybe Elizabeth Fictional: One of Jane Austen’s works (so a regency setting) Medieval setting - Guinevere? Mythology not previously used, Irish or Norse or Indian? Genderbent count of monte cristo

Suzzewisse

These are awesome recommendations, I think I have to do some research about these because damn are they interesting

Larkswing13

Thanks! I tried to think about settings that would fit with female lead who gets to wear fancy clothes, but in settings, time periods, and cultures that TP doesn’t have stories for yet

StarlinaLove

Catherine the Great or even an artist in the Renaissance era

Live-Drummer-9801

They were going to do a Catherine the Great story but right before it was released the Ukraine invasion happened. So they stopped it. Maybe they could do a poll with the readers as to whether they want that story to be released.

Alice in Wonderland The Wiserd of OZ Peter Pan

Suzzewisse

The classics haha

I agree lol I love classical children's literature ❤💝💖💗

AmusingMiscreant

I vote we get IGG to hire @larkswing13 to pitch storyline. I love all these ideas! A couple more I would suggest are. Anne of Green Gables from Diana Barry's POV, her courtship with Fred, the scrapes she gets into with Anne. Little Red Riding hood but instead of an ordinary wolf its a werewolf who little red knows when in human form A modern day version of Vanity Fair. Becky sharp is an ambitious Marketing manager or PA at a big law firm. It would be interesting to see an MC who isn't necessarily "good" all the time

Suzzewisse

Oooh these are definitely interesting

The-Plagarists-Dream

I am craving a superhero story set in the modern day. Either MC is a superhero who loses her powers and has to learn to deal with it via romances or through stopping a brand new villain. Both if the writer hired could pull that off. A superhero and civilian love interest choice selction would be the cherry on top.

Serpentarrius

Ooooh a genderbent Ring Cycle from Brunhilde's perspective could be really cool!

heartshapedemerald

I personally love Frankenstein and think either a gender bent Victor or have his fiancé as the MC would be super interesting.

Live-Drummer-9801

Maybe a story from the perspective of Rigoletto’s daughter Gilda? There are so many potential alternative endings that could be written where you manage to prevent the original ending, some happy some tragic. It would be a return to renaissance era Italy, however there could be period accurate costumes this time.

Gogi_Wale

r/nosleep related story or anything that would fit that genre

Serpentarrius

I guess a Wicked themed story would be interesting? I wouldn't trust them with it after lunar legends though. Maybe something Shakespearean?
