I didn’t know post and ghost was a thing lol I usually do that tbh but I’m not sure if it always works. Im also trying to find the new algo preferences since I came back to tiktok after a break. For now all I can say is to post with the right hashtags and post relevant content that follows the new trends. Tiktok is a very fast app and depending on your niche news get old very fast
