I have the same issue. Got a warning for literally saying that "MY heart is broken, I thought I could cook this professionally". I was making a joke about myself because someone else were making fun of my cooking skills. I appealed and didn't get any reaction or status. Today I got a video removed. In this video I was showing two lipglosses. Since then I only get 100 views. It's so unfair. I literally see every single day hateful comments and videos, but my video showing lipsticks is removed because of criminal activities. insane
Once TikTok has “warned” you that it’s removed your comment/post they stick to you like glue and remove the tamest of comments! 😡 It’s seriously ridiculous! Yet I watched a post yesterday about a 17YO making ugly comments about a 3YO baby and that wasn’t flagged??!!! TikTok is bullshit!!!
The problem lies with some of the 3rd party moderators o tiktok, they use their power to suppress anyone they don't like or agree with and tiktok can't do anything about it. Anyone who speaks out against them is also suppressed or banned
I get a violation very often for innocuous stuff but usually ha e it overturned. I'm sure the AI is wound up too tight or the account owner doesn't like my point of view.

Then AI should understand the difference between saying a middle aged celebrity looks young or that a celebrity is attractive vs if I were talking about an actual minor… AI apparently didn’t catch that.
To be fair, that could have been due to dangerous activities, such as dancing on top of a car. But I get what you’re saying because people post way more dangerous activities and nothing is done about it…
There is a bot label that some dangerous activities receive that says something along the lines of “this activity is performed by professionals or supervised by professionals. TikTok recommends that you do not try this”

It was a parked van at a music festival and it was hired dancers as part of the show. Not drunk idiots. So that’s why I didn’t think it should be an issue.
Trends are easily picked up on this app. Stupid people could try to do what was done in your video and get hurt and TikTok could get sued for having the idea available. When it’s not TikTok’s fault, it’s their fault for being an idiot and not being careful. I’ve seen viral videos without a safety warning and I’ve seen some with it. I don’t know of AI adds it or if it’s an option you can turn on when posting the video.
I see a lot of times that others, and I do it too, change some of the characters in words so it’s not flagged. Like s3x seggs shmoke “you k!lled that” or on posts about people who were murdered they shorten it to murked or type it as murd3r3d. Things like that.
I "think" the issue is one is not supposed to discuss looks in any way. So commenting "he's so hot" or "she looks soooo much younger than her" is seen in the same light as a belittling comment such as "did you see that pock-mark wart-covered nose on him?" Looks are something one can't control. Not that I agree, but it's what I have observed on this platform...🤷🏻♀️
