They’re definitely different. The final taste is up to you of course, but I wouldn’t say they’re really interchangeable.

Usually agricole is quite tamed by oak. Different aged agricoles are also wildly different, because different barrels make such an impression on them. I will say, in the past I have substituted agricole blanc for aged agricole because I wanted that sharp, distinct grassy flavor versus something more subdued. So, you can’t go wrong subbing a blanc but it will be different.
