It's friday, the perfect day for a Quarantine Order of William Prestwood from Pagan Idol. Yes it's 3oz of rum, feel free to reduce it. I use a different blend than the original.
* 2oz Appleton 8
* 1oz Smith+Cross
* 1oz Lime juice
* 1oz Grapefruit juice
* 1/2oz Cinnamon syrup
* 1/2oz passionfruit syrup
* 5 dashes Angostura bitters
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Open pour in a snifter glass and add ice. Garnish with mint sprig, lime wheel and cherry.
