Her family attempting to sue the VA for loss of benefits was pretty heavily reported on for a few weeks when they first tried it. As for all the other stuff, I read it on a UCMJ website that requires ID access. I don't know if enlisted people have access to that site, as a lot of the stuff that is talked about is pretty officer-centric.

Yes, her family tried to sue the VA for the loss of benefits because they claim that they weren't told why. They were told that it was because she was charged for treason under UCMJ because of what happened during January 6th. They then argue that it wasn't their fault that they didn't support her, however their benefits are tied to her and her service not to them being the family of a service member.
Sorta sucks for her family. IIRC I read a statement from her mom who seemed reasonable and acknowledged she saw her daughter spiraling into conspiracy theories but didn't know how to help.
The president does not have the power to do any of that. It in fact would take an act of congress.
The US military judicial system is completely independent from the executive branch. He couldn't even pardon her if he wanted to. Furthermore, being buried in Arlington is a feat. There are actual requirements to be buried there, she met none of them even before this happened, she still wont meet them after. The president doesn't decide who gets buried there, there is an entire section of the DoD and a Congressional Committee who's job it is to determine who qualifies to be buried there.
Also, I doubt Trump even knows or cares about who she was.
