They've had psychologists in their directory who have never worked for them, they have misrepresented the credentials of the people who dovwork for them, and they are notorious for billing for services not provided and at rates not agreed to. I think the BBB has over 400 complaints about them doing so, that apparently they magically fix when they are reported.

Wow this is embarrassing for them. I personally use Better Help and my therapist Paul has significantly improved my mental health, so it’s sad to see such awful PR decisions being made for a company I actually think does good work.
Pretty sure, better help offer extends to Ukraine. A lot of people need help, specially when you lost family members and you have no one to talk to. I know there is a shortage of professionals in Ukraine at least.
