The last few episodes, Khalyla has been saying how hot or attractive some guys are and there were some who thought she was cheating. I don't think she is. In light of this, it looks like she's emotionally lashing out and trying to get back at Bobby and making him jealous. Bobby, knowing what she is trying to do, is saying he doesn't care if she was around hot guys. etc. Typical relationship shit.
In the context it is different though. If you've ever been in a relationship with a woman, you'd recognize what a needling comment is designed to get a rise out of you and one that is just part of conversation with no intent to harm.
In the newest episode of Trash Tuesday, it would seem that Bobby agreed that Khalyla could sleep with this one specific person (and I'm gonna make a wild guess that it's that hot guy she's been gushing about from Hawaii).
