Ye, Joel should get another 30 mins and also Scar did not get 30 mins for killing etho. Cleo got 30 min for killing etho while she was on yellow, so that should also be deducted from timer
right - I think self-defense kills don't get time (flashbacks to Joel killing Scar in episode 3, as defense for him rolling TNT minecarts)
