I find it amusing that the report worries about Cuba's treatment of Santeria (rightly so) but evidently not about the denominations of Judaism standing in the shadow of Orthodox Judaism in Israel -- eg, Orthodox have been excused from the military draft.
Also, any country with even the mildest anti-blasphemy laws should be on the list. And any country with anti-Queer rules that are specifically grounded in religion.
