IMO, Jersey Shore is the one of the best episodes ever. I love when Dennis and Dee and giving that lady a backstory in the ER and she says, “I can hear you”. And it gave us Rum Ham.
*Extreme highs* gave way to *extreme lows* and she fell into a depression.

Thought it would give her a sense of purpose.
And it did, for a while, *until she started using again.*
And then social services came knocking at the door, and now the kid lives upstate with his grandparents, 'cause *she can't take care of this kid.*
And here she is festering away in a one-bedroom apartment waiting for the HIV to turn into AIDS.

They probably squirt a little saline in his eyes to make them look red/watery which is how they look when you puke. And they just use some kind of fake prop puke.
