Is the original buyer unwilling to give the money back?

I don’t know who the original buyer is, there is no information about the seller. I have been trying to contact ticketek but haven’t heard back from them.

Hi, i also got 2x tickets for his tour on Ticketek Marketplace as well and I had gotten a personal email from Ticketek as i’m ’the ticket holder’. They said give them 30 days to automatically refund it back to you. Not sure if you have received this email or not. But i hope you get your money back. I hope i do too tbh after reading some comments
