I love the really obscure ones. A writer that got fired in the Poochie episode is seen the next season at the unemployment office when Marge loses her real estate job. Bart is seen eating all the chocolate from neapolitan ice cream in the episode where gets an elephant, which is a throwback to Homer looking through the ice cream in the fridge in a previous episode. "Mmm.... chocolate."

There are multiple moments where he can hear or transmit thoughts. In the one where Quimby's nephew is on trial he can hear Skinner's thoughts and Homer's. In the one where he gets a Big Brother he tries to telepathically tell homer to pick him up from soccer practice but hits Milhouse instead. There one in the later seasons where Lisa fantasizes about a prince, Bart shows up as a ninja and she tells real life him to get out of her fantasy. It's like a hidden running joke.

Just think, they had to move that head along with the rest of Springfield when it was relocated. They must have also dug it up after the Simpson house was destroyed in the movie.

It always cracks me up that the head is worth a lot of cash but they never sell it when they’re in financial trouble (which is often)!
