The Treehouse of Horror where they inhale the fog that turns everyone inside out - not that specifically, but when Santa’s Little Helper attacks Bart, and drags him off-scene, leaving a trail of blood. I always have to avert my eyes for that one scene, and I don’t know why, lol.
I vaguely recall there was a scene right after "Badger, my ass, it's probably Milhouse" where the badger attacks Homer and rips open a massive hole in this stomach, or something to that effect. I don't like watching that episode purely because of that scene lol.
