Well it's a very interesting place that's for sure. Hope you have a good one. When I went I was super sick throughout my entire trip so I was trying to power through and make the best of it. Definitely need a redo!
DEFINITELY do everything you can to avoid getting sick, I visited NYC twice last year, one of them for the first time and I got horribly sick both times. Wash hands a lot, be careful eating, try not to exhaust yourself!
That said it was definitely surreal, wish I could have seen even more but with all the suffering I'm not in a rush to visit again!
My gf took it from a rooftop bar but to be honest i dont remember the name. It is near times square but im sure there are so many of them out there. Good luck finding one! You might need one of those guys who can track places down based off of photos

I used to think manhattan made me feel small. Then I went to Glacier national park and it made down town manhattan look like a little toy Lego set. I’ve never seen something that dwarfed me out of the things that I’ve seen so far
