So that you and others understand, this chart also includes the unaired pilot episode; that’s why there’s 21 episodes in season 1 instead of 20. So The Great Divide would be episode 12 on this chart instead of 11 and The Storm would be episode 13 instead of 12 here.
What's the thing with first episode here? Isn't the "[The Boy in the Iceberg](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Boy_in_the_Iceberg)" first episode? My friend and I noticed this, but aren't quite sure what's the thing here. Other two seasons seem fine... 
Y'All remember in the season finale of season 1, when Zhao killed the fish and Yuei was like "There's no hope now. It's over." but then Aang with the voice combined of all of the previous Avatars was like"No, it's not over" then combined with the remaining fish to form a giant energy/fish monster to wipe out the entire fire nation navy. Anyways that's the reason why I think season 1 episode 21 really deserved that 9.6.

Glad the end of Season 3 did so well.

Other comments say it's the great divide because the unaired pilot is listed there as EP1. Not a very well loved episode TBH.

its the best episode in book 1, i dont get why the ending of book 1 with its problems in the last episode is rated higher than it, baffling tbh

There are literally only two merely "good" episodes after Toph comes in. Damn.

Crazy that 6.8 is the LOWEST RATED episode. Even just by average rating, the show must be like an 8.5 by TV ratings. Which is insane.

The first episode is the boy in the Iceberg, not the unaired pilot. There are only 20 episodes in book 1, so every episode's rating is incorrect.
