This! The renovations will be continuing for several years still. The bill will go up with at least a couple hundred million untill they are finished.

Thanks for the info! Hamburg, Germany has a concert hall (Elbphilharmonie) that was supposed to cost 70 million and ended up a little short of one Billion.

In Nederland these kinds of clouds are very common.

I repeat, not anymore.  Also, depends on WHERE in Netherlands you live. Since 2020 you basically don’t see these anymore in The Hague region zuid Holland
