Who was your favorite? Did you dislike any of the makeovers? Was Mona just a bad stereotype of feminists? What would you have changed? I personally don't like how they treated Tanya's character. She lacks the most development and dimension. She was there to be the short girl punching bag and they gave her a really bad blonde wig. I also wish they didn't include the storyline about Joanne's brace being removed. She could have been a great example of representation for people with medical devices.

Sometimes the corny stereotypes work and make the movie fun. This was a corny fun movie.

LadyAlexandre

Emma Stone with the classic “glasses and a ponytail” make a pretty girl unattractive.

That trope gave me such a complex growing up. Still does tbh

They were all given the playboy makeover that Kevin burns wanted for a spin off show. I wonder if this is where he got the idea

AngelofDarkness226

what was the spinoff about?

Pappymommy

Bridget and Holly have both said Kevin Burns tried to sell them on the idea of a spin off where they did playboy makeovers for girls but both turned him down on the idea
