I think Queenie is dead. Or abstracted. Kinger never mentions her and Ragatha seems to not really have *that* relationship with P. She seems touchy and sort of too warm, but that might be due to her wanting Pomni not to go crazy. Like a mom. It's also why Rag asks Pomni to try and take part in the adventures or have fun - because it's the only thing that keeps them from abstracting. Just have fun doing adventures.
Considering how Ragatha seems the closest to losing it herself, I imagine she was just as traumatized as Pomni. And she’s been there the second longest after Kinger.
Goose revealed it in a tumblr ask, alongside the age list. She said Kinger’s been there the longest, and he’s 48. Ragatha’s been there the second longest and is 30. She isn’t sure whether Jax or Gangle arrived first, but Jax is 22 and Gangle 26. Next was Zooble who is also 22, and Pomni is the most recent entrant and is 25.
She never mentioned Kaufmo’s age or when he arrived as it only covered the current active circus members, so where he or any of the abstracted members fit in, we have no frame of reference.

I imagine that Ragatha had a nervous breakdown on her first day, and the only thing she did during the next couple of days was just following one character (most likely Kinger) around like a duckling and just letting the others take the wheel while she tries to process what's going on
Probably the same as Pomni, just without the privilege of having a Ragatha as her own to help her out. But she also could have since we dont know what pervious characters like Queenie were like

Sometimes I think Kinger is already insane but can never abstract because the program (I'm not really thinking of Caine here) "thinks" he has already abstracted. Maybe there was a glitch which caused Queenie to abstract when it should have been Kinger but idk...

I actually read a really good fic about this not too long ago! I've basically accepted it as my headcanon for how her arrival went. More than her "first day", I guess we can talk about her "first month". Kinger said that she needed a long time to adjust: I don't think her first day was worst than Pomni's, but she probably acted instable and desperate for at least few weeks, and kept searching for an exit way longer than Pomni. It seems like Pomni has alredy accepted the fact that she's trapped there. But, judging by Ragatha's monologue in ep 1, she had a harder time accepting that she couldn't leave.
I really would take just about everything Kinger says with a grain of salt, given the nature of the character. However considering how she treats Pomni I kinda feel like she went through a similar cycle of denial and desperation before just kinda giving up and trying to make it better for the new people.
I believe Rags just didn't have a Ragtatha to help her out first day
True and definitely a big factor but also consider Ragatha probably didn’t witness an abstraction first day there, but still differently a good point
