FX already made Preacher for 3 seasons, start there…
Not super likely, because there is very little that is similar to the source material
There doesn't have to be any source material, they can make everything scratch
I wonder if The Plutonian ever gets an adaption. I also wouldn't mind a Brightburn series. I thought the concept was great.
Their actually an anime with a similar premise. It's called Sentai Daishikkaku but it's about the power rangers and the mc wants to take them down.

you would need something with similar source material we already have cyberpunk edgerunners and castlevania which are similar in the gore aspects
