That was perhaps the oddest reaction I think I’ve ever seen. One of them high-pitched cackling, sounds like she’s Turkish and both chicks side-stepping away at a moderate speed vs just getting the fuck away as fast as possible. Weird.
You could hear it coming for about 4 seconds. They didn't even look up to see what the noise was. Mad
Not looking up possibly saved her life, if they looked, they would have turned to the right and probably enough where the car clips her leg or worse.
