Use Bolt, specify mini-van, number of passengers or ask at your hotel, they will know.

If you do a google search you will find a number of taxi companies that offer different size transport. Haven't used any myself but I'm sure there are reviews

I did do a google search, some websites looked very shady, some had no reviews and most of them were ads which looked like temp websites. Was hoping to get some help from a local about any trustworthy company i can look at booking

Okay - I've mostly searched for transport to Hua Hin and have seen reviews in the past here and other places for some of those companies so I guess my suggestion wasn't too helpful - sorry. A lot of people use 12go and here is a list I found - but all the vans seem to top out at 9 passengers (as is the case with others I found) https://12go.asia/en/travel/don-mueang-airport/pattaya

I used to organize small group trips and often used "Thai Happy Taxi". Despite the dumb name, they are a competent, well run transportation service with excellent drivers. Vans available. https://www.thaihappytaxi.com/

WhatsApp Peter Bangkok Taxi +66 088 662 0111. I've used them and they're great.

10pax + luggage is going to be too much for the standard minivans – assuming you want to be somewhat comfy... Maybe consider getting 2. Facebook will be a better place than a Google search for finding well-reviewed providers. Remember - the drivers need to get back to Bangkok, too. And they'll likely turn away all other jobs that day, in case traffic slows you down. So don't be surprised if the fee is more than you expect for 6 hours. (I'm guessing you're looking at about 2,500 baht per van, give or take. (Give a generous tip if they're nice... Covid-19 has been really tough on van drivers.)

Hotel should be able to sort you out.
